About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bonifay, Florida. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for diverse patient populations within a community-focused healthcare environment. It features a predictable weekday-only schedule supporting long-term work-life balance and provider sustainability. Physicians will have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships within a patient-centered care model, with a sustainable outpatient workflow targeting a patient volume of 16 patients daily. Established clinical support staff allows physicians to focus on direct patient care and continuity.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility REQUIRED
- Comfortable treating diverse patient populations REQUIRED
- Strong commitment to patient-centered outpatient care REQUIRED
- Interest in building long-term patient relationships REQUIRED
- Collaborative and compassionate clinical approach REQUIRED
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient Family Medicine care within community-focused practice setting
- Deliver preventive care and chronic disease management
- Build long-term patient relationships and continuity of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and clinical support staff
- Maintain patient-centered care within outpatient environment
