About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Casa Grande, Arizona. This is an outpatient Family Medicine role providing comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan. It offers a flexible four- or five-day work week, supporting provider balance and scheduling flexibility. The role is in a high-autonomy clinical environment with strong support staff and a manageable outpatient workload. The organization is mission-driven and focused on compassionate, patient-centered care. The Arizona location offers a warm climate, outdoor recreation, and convenient access between Phoenix and Tucson.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care REQUIRED
• Ability to work independently within supportive team environment REQUIRED
• New graduates and experienced physicians welcome

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine services for patients of all ages
• Manage preventative care, chronic disease treatment, and acute visits
• Maintain continuity of care and individualized patient management plans
• Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with support staff within team-based outpatient setting
• Support mission-focused healthcare delivery and patient-centered care initiatives
