This is an outpatient physician leadership role combining clinical care with operational oversight across integrated practice locations. Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Florida physician license REQUIRED
• Minimum 10 years physician experience REQUIRED
• Proven clinical leadership experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable treating patients of all ages REQUIRED
• Strong communication and operational leadership skills REQUIRED

Nice To Haves

• Community health or nonprofit leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient Family Medicine care for patients of all ages
• Support integrated practice leadership and provider oversight
• Collaborate directly with the Chief Medical Officer
• Help drive clinical excellence and operational efficiency
