About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care to patients across multiple offices in Bethesda, Maryland, with possible assignments at offices in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. The weekly schedule includes hours at several Bethesda clinics, and candidates must be willing to work at any of the listed locations as needed. The anticipated average is 8–20 patient-care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs. The role provides care for a broad range of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive visits; it is not a panel-building position. Care is delivered in the office and occasionally through telehealth. The physician collaborates with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, applies their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. One Medical describes itself as a primary care solution focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Its services include in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs addressing preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns.
