About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Family Medicine Physician as a Casual Employee. The role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week, primarily at the West 7th District clinic in Fort Worth, with possible coverage at other Dallas–Fort Worth area clinics. The physician will see patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care rather than building a patient panel. Care is delivered in person and through occasional telehealth visits. The position includes collaboration with clinic teammates and virtual clinical teams, use of clinical training for in-office procedures, and willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states. The hourly rate is $123.00. One Medical describes itself as a primary care solution focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Its services include in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023 and says it is building a diverse, driven, and empathetic team and cultivating an environment where everyone can thrive.
