One Medical is a primary care organization offering in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and preventive care, chronic care management, common illness, and mental health services. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023. The organization describes its mission as making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable and using data to improve patient outcomes. The hourly pay rate for this position in Austin, Texas, is $131.00. The position’s schedule may change based on business direction. Regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents are eligible for the company’s benefits package starting on the team member’s date of hire; per diem clinicians receive the separately listed casual/per diem/locums benefits and clinician resources. One Medical is an equal opportunity employer.
