About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem, hourly Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role involves seeing patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits; it is not a panel-building role. Physicians provide care in-office and occasionally through telehealth, collaborate with in-office teammates during daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The position is a casual employee role offering 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is benefits-ineligible under its stated employment classification. The hourly rate is $123.00. Starting pay may vary with practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available to candidates exceeding the stated qualifications. The posting also describes benefits available to regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and additional benefits for practicing clinicians; these general benefits do not alter the stated benefits-ineligible status of this per diem position. The work schedule may change based on business direction.
