About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Medicine Physician as a casual, hourly clinician in Duboce Triangle and across multiple offices in San Francisco, California. The role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week and is not a panel-building position. The physician will see patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office and occasionally through telehealth. The physician will collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training, and may perform in-office procedures. The role requires enrollment in or completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program, recent outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages, appropriate board certification or eligibility, and a California medical license before starting. One Medical seeks clinicians who value human-centered, evidence-based care, communicate effectively with people from varied backgrounds, use technology effectively, work collaboratively, welcome feedback, navigate uncertainty, and adapt to patient needs. The hourly rate is $177.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be available for candidates who exceed the stated qualifications and requirements. The position may also include benefits. Eligibility for the broader benefits package described is for regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents, beginning on the date of hire; the role itself lists 8–23 patient-care hours weekly.
