Per Diem Family Medicine Physician (Casual Employee)

One Medical•Dallas, TX
•Onsite

About The Position

One Medical is hiring a casual, per diem Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care across one or more Dallas–Fort Worth clinic locations. West 7th District in Fort Worth is the primary location, with possible support at other listed clinics in Dallas and Plano. This is an hourly clinician role with 8–23 patient-care hours per week. The physician will see patients with a broad range of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits. The role is not focused on building a patient panel. Care is delivered in-office, with occasional telehealth visits. The physician will collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, use their clinical training and perform in-office procedures where appropriate, and be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states. The hourly rate is $123.00. Casual/per diem/locums providers receive malpractice insurance coverage, an UpToDate subscription, a company-issued laptop for secure EHR access, and sick-time PTO eligibility in accordance with local requirements. Eligibility for the broader benefits package is described for regular team members working 24 or more hours per week and their dependents; the posting does not state that this per diem role meets that threshold.
