About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Medicine Physician as a casual employee. This hourly clinician role involves 8–23 patient care hours per week, primarily at the French Creek Square clinic in Avon, Ohio, with the ability to support shifts at the Van Aken District clinic in Shaker Heights, Ohio. The physician will see patients with a broad array of needs, providing acute, chronic, and well visits rather than building a patient panel. Care is delivered in-office and occasionally through telehealth. The role includes collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, opportunities to perform in-office procedures, and a willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states. The hourly rate is $135.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Ohio.
• Board certification.
• Ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively one-on-one and in groups.

Responsibilities

• See patients with a broad array of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional telehealth visits.
• Collaborate with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams.
• Use clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states, as needed.
