About The Position

One Medical is a primary care solution focused on making quality care more affordable, accessible, and enjoyable. Its services include in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. One Medical joined Amazon in February 2023. This casual, per diem hourly clinician role involves 8–23 patient-care hours per week across multiple offices in San Francisco, California. The physician sees patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits; this is not a panel-building role. Care is delivered in the office and occasionally through telehealth. The physician collaborates with in-office teammates in daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, and uses their clinical training to provide care and perform in-office procedures. The hourly rate is $177.00. Starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed the specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package may also include benefits.
