About The Position

Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist for its Intercept® program in Greenville, North Carolina. The role includes ongoing assessment, collaboration with providers, case workers, and courts, crisis support, documentation in an electronic medical record, and participation in professional development meetings. The schedule is flexible and non-traditional, based on the availability of the youth and families served. The position requires driving to family homes and communities, with mileage reimbursement for applicable travel. Salary is $58,000–$63,000, based on education and clinical license. Applicants must meet one of the specified education and experience pathways: a clinical-field bachelor’s degree and two years of full-time clinical experience with the designated population; a clinical-field master’s degree and one year of full-time clinical experience with the designated population; or one of the listed North Carolina associate-level clinical licenses.
