About The Position

Youth Villages seeks an MST Family Counselor to provide intensive, in-home Multisystemic Therapy (MST) services to youth ages 12 to 17 and their families. The counselor carries a caseload of 4 to 5 families, conducts sessions three times weekly at times convenient for each family, and participates in individual, team, and clinical consultation meetings. The schedule is flexible and non-traditional, based on the availability of youth and families. Community-based staff are reimbursed for applicable mileage.
