About The Position

Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) is seeking Home Based Family Caseworkers to foster positive behavioral change in families and children. IHBS is an accredited leader in Behavioral Health Care, with Joint Commission accreditation. Join a team of over 200 professionals delivering advanced multi-modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification. Services are provided to adolescents, children, and families in their communities and homes. This role may involve working with youth on probation and their families.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (for Home-Based Case Worker I)
Associates Degree and 4 years' experience providing services to families (for Home-Based Case Worker II)
High School Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience providing services to families (for Home-Based Case Worker II)
Satisfactory MVR (to qualify for personal use of company car)
