About The Position

Neptune Cremation Service is seeking a compassionate, hard-working, and self-driven licensed Funeral Director to serve families and support the company's cremation services. The role meets with at-need families, helps make arrangements, and completes related administrative work. The posted schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited mortuary college.
• A valid state Funeral Director license.
• High level of compassion and integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and ability to use technology while meeting with families.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, where not required for the Funeral Director license.

Responsibilities

• Meet with at-need families in a professional, organized, and caring manner.
• Make arrangements for families.
• Perform administrative duties, including preparing documents, processing reports, answering phones, and completing other assigned tasks.
