Janitorial Facility Manager
About The Position
The Facility Manager oversees janitorial services at a client site in St. Louis, Missouri. This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call responsibilities. The manager works alongside the cleaning crew, manages labor needs, and ensures services meet established standards and are completed on time. Responsibilities also include quality control, inventory tracking and ordering, progress reporting, and assisting with recruiting and onboarding. The position pays $21.00–$23.00, depending on experience, and offers access to benefits including Blue Cross Blue Shield major medical health insurance.

- Must be able to work well with the cleaning crew and team.
- Must be physically capable of performing the job and remain on their feet for the entire shift.

Responsibilities
- Manage labor needs.
- Manage the cleaning crew and work alongside the team.
- Ensure services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality control of services using customized scorecards.
- Ensure accurate tracking and ordering of client consumables inventory.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Track and report weekly progress using reports customized for specific sites.
- Assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete the work well and on time.
