About The Position
The Facility Manager oversees janitorial services at a client site in St. Louis, Missouri. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with on-call responsibilities. The manager works alongside the cleaning crew, coordinates labor needs, ensures services meet established standards and schedules, and supports quality control, inventory management, reporting, and employee recruiting and onboarding. Pay is $21.00–$23.00, depending on experience. The position includes access to benefits and Blue Cross Blue Shield major medical health insurance.

- Physical capability to complete the job, including being on one's feet for the entire shift.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.

Responsibilities
- Manage labor needs and the cleaning crew.
- Work alongside the cleaning team.
- Ensure services are performed to established standards and in a timely manner.
- Conduct quality control using customized scorecards.
- Track and order client consumables inventory accurately.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.
- Resolve conflicts effectively.
- Track and report weekly progress using reports customized for specific sites.
- Assist with employee recruiting and onboarding.
- Perform additional duties as needed to complete the job well and on time.
