About The Position

The Facility Manager oversees janitorial services and works alongside the cleaning crew to ensure services are completed to established standards and on time. The role manages labor needs, monitors service quality with customized scorecards, and tracks and orders client consumables inventory. The manager communicates professionally with team members, upper management, and customers; resolves conflicts; prepares site-specific weekly progress reports; and assists with employee recruiting and onboarding. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to complete the work well and on time. The position is full-time and on call, Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pay is $18.00–$20.00, depending on experience. Access to benefits includes Blue Cross Blue Shield major medical health insurance.
