About The Position

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products and sells items individually to the public through online auctions. The Facility IT Support role maintains and troubleshoots basic warehouse equipment and electronics, and tests and inspects higher-value items to prepare them for auction. The role may use proprietary software to scan and upload high-value product information into the auction portal accurately. This position reports to the IT Team Lead.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. The employee must work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Must be available to work onsite Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Must be tech-savvy and teachable.
• Must have a high level of integrity.
• Must be comfortable with web- and browser-based software, such as Google and Amazon.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• Must have an associate degree, two years of IT experience, or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic maintenance of warehouse printers and other peripherals.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and test products for auction.
• Scan items into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search for products online.
• Take screenshots and crop photos for online listings.
• Correct and complete auto-pulled information for each item.
• Meet quantity and quality goals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
