About The Position

Revivn is hiring a reliable and observant Facility Access Coordinator for its Fresno facility. This is an unarmed, plain-clothes position focused on facility access control, monitoring, and supporting workplace access policies. The role is not that of a licensed or registered security officer, and the coordinator does not carry weapons. The work centers on observing and reporting concerns rather than security enforcement.

The coordinator monitors designated entrances and exits, supports employee screening procedures, documents security-related activity, and escalates concerns to Revivn management or emergency services when necessary. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Fresno facility, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The stated pay is $20–$22 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, access control, risk mitigation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and appropriately escalate issues to management.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful during difficult or stressful interactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing assigned duties; this typically involves walking or standing for up to 20 hours a week, up to 40 hours.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility and warehouse premises.
• Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity without physical intervention, detention, or use of force.
• Assist employees, contractors, and visitors as needed.
• Report hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to management.
• Work with management and external authorities when necessary.
