About The Position

Revivn is seeking a reliable and observant Facility Access Coordinator for its Fresno facility. This is an unarmed, plain-clothes, on-site role focused on facility access control, monitoring, and supporting workplace access policies. The position is not that of a licensed or registered security officer, and it does not involve carrying weapons. The coordinator observes and reports concerns rather than performing security enforcement, and escalates issues to Revivn management or emergency services when necessary.

The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Revivn welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and experiences and is committed to an inclusive, nondiscriminatory workplace.

Requirements

• Prior experience in security, access control, risk mitigation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and appropriately escalate issues to management.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and respectful during difficult or stressful interactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing assigned duties; typically up to 20 hours a week, and up to 40 hours.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe and professional workplace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the facility and warehouse premises.
• Maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security incidents.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity without physical intervention, detention, or use of force.
• Assist employees, contractors, and visitors as needed.
• Report hazards, damages, or unusual occurrences to management.
• Work with management and external authorities when necessary.
• Support employee screening procedures and document security-related activity.
