About The Position

The Facilities Team Member maintains the building and equipment to keep them functional and operational. The role covers audio/visual equipment, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, landscaping, and other facility needs. The position also involves keeping indoor and outdoor areas clean, assisting with opening and closing the building, and following safety guidelines. The role is part-time and based in Meridian, Idaho.

Requirements

• High school education level.
• Practical skills in electrical work, plumbing, mechanics, and carpentry.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with coworkers, customers, and outside vendors.
• Creative problem-solving and ability to respond quickly and make effective repairs.
• Commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain equipment and facilities, including bowling lanes, kitchen stations, audio/visual equipment, pinsetters, arcade games, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Complete assigned work promptly and safely.
• Report unusual conditions or potential problems before they worsen.
• Use power and manual tools appropriately.
• Keep the facility clean and presentable, including the game room and parking lot.
• Communicate and work cooperatively with vendors, staff, and guests.
• Assist with opening and closing the building.
• Follow required safety equipment and guidelines.
• Help foster a welcoming and inclusive team environment.
