About The Position

The Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all facility cleanliness, porter operations, and event readiness across the venue. This role leads pre-event, in-event, and post-event cleaning efforts while supporting all departments with operational needs. The position works closely with Warehouse, Operations, and Maintenance teams to ensure the building is fully stocked, organized, and prepared to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in facilities management or operations, preferably in a large venue or stadium setting.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning protocols and event readiness procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all pre-event, in-event, and post-event cleaning operations across the venue
  • Ensure all public areas, premium spaces, concourses, and back-of-house areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Conduct routine inspections before, during, and after events to ensure readiness and identify areas of improvement
  • Manage rapid response cleaning needs during events to maintain guest experience standards
  • Directly manage the porter team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Lead pre-event briefings and assign zones and responsibilities for each event
  • Develop accountability standards to ensure consistent execution across all areas
  • Coach and develop team members to improve efficiency, urgency, and teamwork
  • Partner closely with Warehouse to support stocking, distribution, and movement of goods across the building
  • Assist with restocking key operational items such as water coolers, soda bibs, and event supplies
  • Coordinate movement of furniture, equipment, and event materials as needed
  • Ensure all support items are delivered and set prior to event start times
  • Support Suites, Catering, Concessions, and other departments with event setup and breakdown needs
  • Assist with plated events, catering functions, and special activations as required
  • Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations teams to address facility-related needs
  • Serve as a key support function to ensure all departments are set up for success on event day
  • Develop and implement SOPs for cleaning standards, porter responsibilities, and event workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in cleaning routes, staffing, and supply management
  • Track and communicate recurring issues to improve long-term facility operations
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards
