About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our North Campus facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports the needs of staff, students, and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a related role, preferably in an educational or institutional setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of all North Campus facilities, including buildings, grounds, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the life of campus assets.
• Supervise and lead facilities staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and manage facility budgets, including procurement of supplies and services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with campus departments to support special events, space planning, and facility improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate resolution.
