About The Position

The Facilities Associate helps prepare and maintain Seacoast Church facilities so they are ready to host guests during weekend services, on-site weekly meetings, special events, and conferences. The role cleans and prepares buildings, completes minor repairs and grounds cleanup, reports major maintenance needs, and maintains inventories of cleaning and restroom supplies. The position works with the Campus Pastor and other staff and participates in staff and prayer meetings. This is a part-time position scheduled for 20 hours per week at the Conway Campus and reports to the Campus Pastor.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds; daily tasks involve standing for long periods and bending frequently.
• Be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment and without direct supervision.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts and weekend shifts.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in housekeeping functions.
• Be able to prioritize multiple tasks until all are completed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare buildings for church services, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Develop a strong working relationship with the Campus Pastor and other staff members.
• Complete minor repairs around the campus and buildings, such as painting, patching drywall, and changing lightbulbs and filters.
• Provide exterior building and grounds cleanup as needed.
• Report major repairs and maintenance needs.
• Manage and maintain organized stocks of cleaning supplies in each building’s supply closet.
• Ensure restrooms are stocked with paper products.
• Participate in weekly and monthly staff meetings and prayer meeting opportunities.
