About The Position

The Facilities Associate supports Seacoast Church’s mission by keeping the Conway Campus clean, prepared, and ready to host guests for weekend services, on-site weekly meetings, special events, and conferences. The role works behind the scenes as part of the Facilities Team and reports to the Campus Pastor.

This is a part-time position scheduled for 20 hours per week. The Facilities Associate cleans and prepares buildings, handles minor repairs and grounds cleanup, reports major maintenance needs, maintains cleaning-supply inventory, and helps ensure restrooms are stocked. The role also participates in staff and prayer meetings.

Requirements

• Be a Christ follower; Seacoast Church makes hiring decisions aligned with its faith and beliefs.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; daily tasks involve standing for long periods and bending frequently.
• Be a self-starter and able to work in a team environment and without direct supervision.
• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including opening and closing shifts and weekend shifts.
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in housekeeping functions.
• Be able to prioritize multiple tasks until all are completed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare buildings for church services, meetings, conferences, and events.
• Develop a strong working relationship with the Campus Pastor and other staff members.
• Perform minor repairs around campus buildings, such as painting, patching drywall, and changing lightbulbs and filters.
• Clean up exterior buildings and grounds as needed.
• Report major repairs and maintenance needs.
• Manage and maintain organized cleaning-supply stock in each building’s supply closet.
• Ensure restrooms are stocked with paper products.
• Participate in weekly and monthly staff meetings and prayer meeting opportunities.
