About The Position
Interactive Brokers Group, Inc. is a global financial services company seeking a Facilities Coordinator for its Greenwich office. This on-site role involves working closely with Facilities, HR, and IT teams to ensure building services are operational, employee workstations are complete, and technology needs are met. Responsibilities include new hire setups, Moves/Adds/Changes, inventory management, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional level experience
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
- Knowledge of basic IT systems
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff
- Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Support onboarding process for Facilities & IT
- Support space management system for office
- Support core building systems (HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical)
- Maintain printers, scanners, shredders
- MAC Work: Moves, Adds, & Changes to employee workstations
- Inventory management of all IT ancillary hardware and building materials
- Basic IT end user support
- Conduct weekly/monthly reports for Management
