About The Position

The Facilities Management Coordinator coordinates financial, space, and asset management for Facilities Management at Garnet Health Medical Center. The areas supported include Maintenance, Security, Couriers, Safety, Emergency Management, and Environmental Services. The role is based at Garnet Health Medical Center Middletown. Requirements

Associate degree.
At least five years of experience with Facilities Management, Space Coordination, and Asset Management.
Knowledge of Capital Construction Finance processes.
Knowledge of computer software operations in a Windows environment, including word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
Ability to foster collaborative relationships, work well under pressure, organize and synthesize new information, and prioritize tasks.
Critical-thinking and analytical skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
Detailed attention to work in an environment where interruptions cannot be controlled.
Sensitivity to customer needs and expectations.
Ability to perform the full anatomical range of motion needed for tasks; visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment; ability to withstand long periods of sitting, standing, and/or constant walking; and ability to lift 40 pounds.
