About The Position

TDG Facilities, LLC is seeking a full-time Facilities Cleaning Technician to support a customer in the Greater Cincinnati / Hyde Park area. The role provides daily cleaning services and support for general facility operations, working with site-based personnel to complete cleaning tasks and maintain a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to supporting customer operations. Commercial cleaning experience and reliable transportation are noted as relevant qualifications.

The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, and lunch is provided. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize common-area restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest-room restrooms.
• Dust and clean hard surfaces in guest rooms.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and vacuum carpets.
• Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and take trash to the dumpster.
• Wipe down doors and clean glass when applicable.
• Work with site-based personnel to ensure daily cleaning tasks are completed.
• Maintain and safely and properly use janitorial equipment.
• Support laundry facility operations.
• Participate in periodic special facility team projects.
• Restock supplies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
