Relationship Banker - Hyde Park
About The Position
Wintrust is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker for its Hyde Park location. In this dual-role position, the banker builds and retains meaningful customer relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services. The role supports branch operations by serving customers at a teller drawer, opening and maintaining accounts, helping customers use digital products, recognizing potential fraud and other risks, and supporting community and bank events. Depending on the shift, the banker may also be responsible for opening or closing the bank. The role involves collaborating with business partners, including Mortgage and Wealth Management, to connect customers with specialists for their needs.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Retail banking experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build lasting customer relationships, identify financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
