About The Position

The Facilities Associate follows the daily work schedule for the assigned area and performs cleaning and custodial duties throughout the facility. This is an essential onsite role requiring regular onsite attendance. The schedule is Monday through Friday, either 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The role includes cleaning restrooms and other facility areas, maintaining floors and workspaces, collecting and disposing of trash and cardboard, and replenishing supplies. The associate may also perform additional cleaning and related duties as assigned.

• Physical ability to perform a full range of cleaning and custodial duties and operate cleaning equipment as required.
• Capable of standing or walking for the entire shift.
• Capable of working with varying cleaning liquids, powders, sprays, soaps, and similar products.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, vacuum, and wash walls, furniture, ceilings, bathrooms, meeting rooms, windows, doors, and associated equipment and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and strip all floor surfaces.
• Collect trash and cardboard throughout the facility and transport it to the proper location.
• Replenish supplies such as soap and paper towels.
• Perform additional cleaning services as required.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
