About The Position

The General Facilities Maintenance Associate, referred to in the posting as a Yard Laborer, maintains the plant’s cleanliness by cleaning yard and warehouse areas, bathrooms, breakroom, and offices, and emptying trash. The role helps maintain a clean and safe working environment and communicates regularly with plant management. The position is located in Lake City, Minnesota, and pays $17.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The work may involve exposure to outdoor elements, heat, cold, and airborne particulates. Employees may need to repetitively lift 50–75 pounds and bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts. Noise levels depend on the location. Required PPE includes eye protection and safety shoes; ear protection is mandatory at several locations. The role requires close, distance, and color vision. Requirements
