About The Position
The Facilities Associate performs routine facility equipment inspections and maintenance, monitors supplies and materials, helps arrange meeting rooms and workspaces, and conducts safety checks. The role also supports facility security and access control and responds to employees’ facility-related requests and inquiries. The stated duties describe principal and essential functions; depending on circumstances, incumbents may perform a different combination of duties.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
