Facilities Associate

About The Position
The Facilities Associate performs routine inspections and maintenance tasks on facilities equipment, monitors facility supplies and materials, and helps set up and arrange meeting rooms and workspaces. The role also conducts safety checks, reports hazards or issues, supports facility security and access control, and responds to facility-related requests from employees.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing supplies and materials.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail in inspecting and maintaining facilities.
