About The Position

Path Robotics is seeking a Facilities Associate to keep office and warehouse spaces clean, stocked, and running smoothly for employees and guests across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, highly visible position for a proactive, dependable, and detail-oriented person who notices what needs attention and takes initiative.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience in facilities, janitorial, hospitality, workplace operations, or a similar hands-on role.
• Experience in a manufacturing or startup environment.
• Basic handyman skills.
• Experience coordinating vendors and food service partners.

Responsibilities

• Keep break rooms, coffee bars, kitchenettes, and conference rooms clean, organized, and stocked with snacks, beverages, and supplies.
• Clean and restock restrooms daily and maintain sanitation standards across office and warehouse-adjacent spaces, including upkeep of air purifiers.
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies, snacks, beverages, and facility consumables, and coordinate with vendors to keep spaces stocked.
• Clean and reset desks and workstations for new hires and team moves.
• Set up, run, and clean up company lunches, all-hands meetings, and events for up to 150 people, including furniture, equipment, signage, and catering areas.
• Respond to day-to-day issues such as spills, leaks, and restroom outages, and escalate larger maintenance concerns.
• Handle small projects such as hanging items, assembling furniture, and moving equipment.
