About The Position

RH is seeking a Facilities Associate to join its team in executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Gallery. The role partners closely with the Gallery Team to ensure maintenance needs are met according to RH standards. The associate plans and coordinates facility maintenance and housekeeping activities, oversees repairs and upkeep across the facility, conducts preventive maintenance, schedules and prioritizes work, and helps maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair.
• Experience identifying and presenting opportunities for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to execute and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items weighing up to 30 lbs. using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Ability to maneuver effectively around the Gallery floor, stock room, and office.
• Ability to tolerate prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.

• Oversee repairs and upkeep of all facility areas, including the building, grounds, systems, and storage structures.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, including forklifts, fans, doors, and dock plates.
• Minimize downtime by prioritizing and scheduling work orders and preventive, reactive, and predictive maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment by observing and enforcing OSHA, Food Safety, and HAZMAT requirements.
• Ensure quick response to downtime situations affecting production.
