As a Facilities Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our entire venue clean, safe, and ready for guests to have an amazing time.
Requirements
- The ability to operate or learn to operate equipment like a range picker
- A willingness to jump in where needed and ask what else can be done
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a team-first mindset
- Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, active environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks like bending and stooping
Responsibilities
- Collect and redistribute golf balls across the driving range and hitting bays
- Operate range equipment (including the range picker) safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across hitting bays, common areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Monitor and restock supplies like paper products and trash receptacles
- Keep the tee line and guest areas looking great at all times
- Check in with management regularly to jump in wherever help is needed
- Support overall guest experience by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
