About The Position

Agero is a leading B2B provider of digital driver assistance services, aiming to transform the vehicle ownership experience through technology and dedicated people. They offer services like dispatch management, accident management, consumer affairs, and connected vehicle capabilities. Agero partners with major automobile manufacturers and insurance carriers, managing a large network of service providers and handling millions of service events annually. The company is headquartered in Medford, Massachusetts, with operations across North America. New technical hires may be required to travel to Medford for initial onboarding, with all travel arrangements and expenses covered by the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years related experience.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer) are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of multi-function printers and FedEx processes a plus.
  • Experience with Google suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary mailroom, shipping and receiving support on a daily basis.
  • Maintains a clean and functional office environment throughout the facility.
  • Picks up mail on a daily basis and delivers to the mail room for sorting and delivery.
  • Receives, logs, delivers and documents receipt for all incoming deliveries.
  • Sorts mail according to destination and type, such as returned letters, adjustments, bills, orders, and payments.
  • Re-addresses undeliverable mail bearing incomplete or incorrect address.
  • Examines outgoing mail for appearance and seals envelopes by hand or machine.
  • Stamps outgoing mail by hand or with a postage meter.
  • Distributes, scans and collects mail.
  • Weighs mail to determine that postage is correct.
  • Keeps accurate records including USPS and Fed-Ex accounts.
  • Orders mail and shipping supplies and maintains inventory levels.
  • Trains and instructs associates on proper use of equipment.
  • Operates company vehicles in a safe manner, obeying all traffic laws.
  • Operates and troubleshoots multi-function printer (MFP) equipment, coordinates and schedules equipment repairs with vendors.
  • Orders and tracks MFP Supplies.
  • Orders, stocks and maintains office and coffee supply inventories.
  • Works with cross-functional teams on the planning and set-up for meetings.
  • Assists with building inspections, repairs and maintenance, moves and emergency procedures.
