Road Runner Sports is looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our Support Center, keeping conference rooms ready, supplies stocked, invoices processed, vendors coordinated, and team members informed. You will support all areas of the organization with a take-charge attitude and a love for making the workplace run better every day. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a facilities, office administration, or operations support role
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience processing high-volume invoices and managing vendor relationships
  • A take-charge, can-do attitude with superior follow-up skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving instincts, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing a beat
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical setup tasks as needed

Responsibilities

  • Keep the Support Center running smoothly; conference rooms ready, supplies stocked, and every team member taken care of before they even ask
  • Process approximately 250 invoices per month with accuracy, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate facilities service requests and equipment maintenance
  • Review and release weekly supply orders for all company locations and set up accounts for utilities and services at new locations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, manage building access and security protocols, and support the team with safety needs
  • Explore and recommend perks and workspace improvements that bring unreasonable hospitality to the RRS team experience
  • Assist with meeting and event setups, office reconfigurations, and facilities projects that support a growing organization
