About The Position

Blue Compass RV is hiring an F&I Manager to help customers navigate RV financing options and protection plans. The role requires previous dealership sales or F&I experience and focuses on closing deals, building customer trust, and providing a smooth, professional buying experience. The position is based at one of the company's dealerships; no specific work arrangement is stated. The F&I Manager selects lenders, secures approvals, obtains customer commitments, finalizes deliveries, manages contracts and funding, and supports the sales team with deal structuring and training. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000. Requirements

3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
Menu selling experience is required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Good time management skills.
Professional dress, speech, and behavior.
Strong closing skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to train finance and sales personnel.
Valid driver's license.
Previous sales or F&I experience in a dealership setting.

Responsibilities

Select appropriate lenders, secure approval, obtain customer commitment, and finalize delivery.
Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
Assist the sales desk in structuring deals.
Adhere to F&I office processes and contract flow.
Manage contracts in transit and ensure funding through ongoing communication with the business office.
Track and monitor F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
Participate in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
Assist the General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
