About The Position

The F&I Manager at BMW of Rockville supports customers through the finance portion of their vehicle purchase in AutoNation’s no-haggle sales environment. The role makes credit decisions, submits deals to lenders for approval, helps resolve disconnects in the sales process, and identifies suitable finance and insurance products for customers. The manager works with customers and employees to determine financing needs, present transparent pricing and product options, process transactions in compliance with applicable laws and company policy, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during the vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships.
• Determine customers’ financing needs and payment options through a consultative interview process.
• Present customers with a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Develop superior product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Handle administrative processes in a timely manner and in compliance with company policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
