About The Position

Royal Honda, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join its team in Metairie, Louisiana. The position is intended for automotive F&I professionals with a proven record in a dealership environment; applicants without prior dealership Automotive Finance & Insurance experience will not be considered. The manager delivers an exceptional customer experience, works with sales leadership, and contributes to deal profitability and customer satisfaction in a high-volume dealership.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Demonstrated ability to sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and accident and health insurance.
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
• Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experience and collaborate with sales leadership.
• Self-motivated, performance-driven approach and ability to thrive in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals and secure lender approvals.
• Sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and accident and health insurance.
