Seasonal F&B Server
About The Position
As an Outlets Server, you meet and interact with guests from around the world while presenting the hotel's food and beverage offerings. You help hotel guests and members of the local community enjoy meaningful dining experiences, directly influencing their stay and creating lasting memories. The role calls for someone who enjoys connecting with people, creating experiences, and solving problems, with organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to care for others. The position is based at The Portofino Hotel, a Redondo Beach property with 168 rooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet operations, guest activities, and a 188-slip marina. The hotel is part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, whose stated core values are Caring, Integrity, and Respect. The role offers $16.90 per hour plus tips, along with the benefits described in the posting.
Requirements
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Current Food Handlers Card.
- RBS certification.
