About The Position
The F&B Attendant at STK San Juan supports restaurant service by preparing the assigned station before opening, ensuring tables and chairs are clean and properly set, and having the necessary service equipment ready. The attendant stays informed about daily specials, soups, drinks, and unavailable items, and learns menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions clearly and concisely. Requirements

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is a must.
Responsibilities
- Check the assigned station before opening for cleanliness of tables and chairs and proper tabletop setup.
- Ensure necessary work equipment is available, including a tray, pen, bus towel, and corkscrew.
- Stay informed about daily specials, soups, drinks, and items that are unavailable.
- Learn menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
- Answer guests’ menu questions directly and concisely.
