About The Position

STK San Juan is part of The Condado Collection, a group of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico. The restaurant combines a modern steakhouse and chic lounge into a distinctive dining experience. The F&B Attendant prepares the assigned station for service, maintains knowledge of menu offerings and daily items, and responds to guest questions about the menu. The role supports the company’s goal of providing passionate, authentic hospitality.

Requirements

• Guest-focused personality.
• Ability to meet appearance standards.
• Good physical health.
• Self-starting individual.
• Cool, organized disposition.
• Honest.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English; required.

Responsibilities

• Check the assigned station before opening to ensure tables and chairs are clean and tabletops are properly set up.
• Ensure necessary work equipment is available, such as a tray, pen, bus towel, and corkscrew.
• Know the daily specials, soups, drinks, and items that are unavailable (“86” items).
• Know menu items, including their garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• Answer guest questions about the menu directly and concisely.
