About The Position
Comfort Keepers is looking for an organized, people-focused External Client Care Coordinator to help connect families with quality in-home care while supporting an outstanding client experience. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners, conducting in-home consultations, coordinating care plans and caregiver schedules, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and referral partners
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand client needs and recommend services
- Coordinate care plans and caregiver schedules to ensure quality service
- Follow up with clients to maintain satisfaction and address concerns
- Collaborate with office staff to provide seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate client records and required documentation
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Support local networking events and community outreach initiatives
- Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience
