About The Position

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration is hiring an entry-level Exterior Consultant in Cocoa, Florida, or surrounding areas. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and wants to begin a career in exterior sales and restoration. The company provides hands-on training and mentorship while the consultant learns to inspect homes, meet with homeowners, and recommend exterior solutions. The position offers performance-based compensation, commission and bonus opportunities, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Excellent communication and people skills.
Positive, coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladders.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with exterior inspections of siding, roofing, gutters, and other exterior features to identify potential issues.
Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and support a positive customer experience.
Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion.
