About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their team at Kendall Ford of Eugene. This role is crucial in serving clients and building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact in the service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, time management, work ethic, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs. This is a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Requirements

High level customer service experience.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Strong work ethics.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance.
Experience in service writing is required.
General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance.
A valid driver's license.
A good driving record.

Dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
Scheduling service appointments.
