About The Position
Kendall Ford of Eugene is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their fast-paced service department. This role involves being the primary contact for customers, identifying and selling vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, and maintaining customer information. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize customer needs. Requirements
- High level customer service experience
- Demonstrated time management skills

- Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers
- Experience in service writing
- Proven strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record

Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed
- Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations
- Inputting and maintaining customer information
- Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner
- Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers
- Scheduling service appointments
