About The Position

As an Express Service Advisor at AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe, you will serve customers as part of a nationwide team servicing 20,000 cars a day. You will use communication skills, automotive knowledge, and technology to identify service and maintenance needs, support vehicle safety, and build customer loyalty. This on-site position has an annual earning potential of $50,000–$70,000 and will remain open until filled.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction index targets.
• Greet arriving customers in a friendly manner.
• Determine vehicle needs using customer information, walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
• Use a consultative sales process to help customers plan ongoing vehicle maintenance.
• Create transparent repair orders that include cost and time estimates.
• Communicate with technicians and parts associates to support timely completion of work.
• Update customers on vehicle status according to their communication preferences.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
• Develop product knowledge to help customers effectively.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience that encourages loyalty.
